We’ve upgraded our models! If you own one of the originals, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to send any statues with unsightly seams or UV damage back to us, and we’ll send you a replacement in return – for free!*
How to return your statue(s):
If you still have the foam protection that your model shipped with, simply pop these back on the hands of your statue(s) and place in a jiffy bag (bubble-wrapped envelope) or box. Label your parcel to: 3dtotal.com Ltd, 29 Foregate Street, Worcester WR1 1DS, United Kingdom.
Be sure to include inside your package a letter with your Name, Email address, Order number, and Shipping address (including country and postal/zip code). Please use clear handwriting or type so we can find your customer account to verify your order. Don’t forget we’ll also email you a voucher for the shop!
Please get proof of posting your item. If it doesn’t arrive (sometimes non-tracked mail gets lost!) then we’ll need to be able to prove that you’ve returned it in order to send you a new one. If you don’t hear from us by email after you’ve shipped your parcel, please contact [email protected] for advice.
We’ll send you a replacement by standard mail for free, as soon as we receive your returned statue(s). Please note that we work Monday to Friday so we can only post on these days. If you need a replacement urgently, please contact [email protected] for advice on tracked shipping, which will be available at extra cost.
